Acai is a small, dark purple berry of a palm tree that grows throughout the tropical regions of Central and South America. Organic and wild acai is harvested in Brazil under supervision of the Asociacion de Fruto’s Silvestres del Porvenir. This association runs its business with local people and in a way that is sustainable for the rainforest.

How to use acai powder

Acai powder can be used in smoothies, yoghurt or juices. Acai powder can be sprinkled over a salad, dessert or ice-cream.
