Our Journey & Growth
Z-Company was founded in 2012 with the goal to contribute to a more wholesome food culture and lifestyle through natural, plant-based food ingredients. With a strong focus on quality, reliable supply and short lead times, we have integrated in the industry of natural plant-based food ingredients and superfoods.
Over the years we have expanded our business by expanding our portfolio and our team to service the market to its fullest.
In 2022 we have relocated to our brand-new headquarters of 6.000m2 at Park forum in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. With our headquarters, warehouse and production facility all on the same location and in the near area of Europe’s biggest harbors, we have optimized our supply chain and service to all our partners.
In November 2023, Z-Company joined Thegra Tracomex Holding B.V. , enabling us to scale our operations even more and expand our impact more rapidly. With their years of experience in the grains and proteins industry, we have strengthened our position even further.
Thanks to our own dehulling facility of hiqh quality hemp seeds, we have a continuous supply of hemp seeds and other related products. With a production capacity of over 2.000 MT per year, we have established long-term partnerships with farmers all over the world.
Besides the production of high-quality hemp products, we are also specialized in the sourcing of plant-based proteins and superfoods, making us a one-stop shop for wholesale. Our broad portfolio in both conventional and organic grade food-products, is tailored for the bakery and sports nutrition industry, as well as the health & wellness, personal care and beverage industry.

At our Dutch facility, we transform raw hemp seeds into high-quality protein powders, oils, flours, and seeds. All certified organic, produced under the FSSC22000 food safety standard, and trusted by brands across Europe.
