Hemp flour

Hemp flour is a product made from grinding the residual ‘cake’ that remain after oil has been pressed from hemp seeds. As the most part of the oil has been removed, what remains is a residue of fiber and protein, which is called hemp flour.
Since it is made from a byproduct of hemp oil production, it’s a great example of near zero- waste processing.
