Açai powder

Acai powder is made from the freeze-dried or spray-dried pulp of ripe berries (Euterpe oleracea). It has a deep purple color, characteristic fruity aroma and mild tart flavor. The powder is finely milled to ensure consistent texture and easy incorporation into a variety of formulations.
