Chaga powder
A finely milled wild mushroom powder, suitable for the beverage industry.
Chaga powder is produced from carefully selected chaga mushrooms (Inonotus obliquus), traditionally found growing on birch trees in cold northern regions. After harvesting, the mushrooms are dried and gently milled into a fine powder to preserve their natural characteristics and ensure consistent quality.
Chaga powder has a naturally deep, earthy aroma and a mildly bitter taste. Its fine texture makes it suitable for a wide range of culinary applications and allows for easy incorporation into both hot and cold preparations. It can be blended into beverages or used as an ingredient in various recipes.
