Hemp seed shells
Versatile product, ideal for animal feed or soil amendment in the agriculture industry.
Hemp seed shells are typically not eaten in its pure form, but it can still be used in some feed applications. The shells contain fiber and protein, which can be incorporated into livestock and poultry feed alongside other grains as part of a balanced diet.
Besides using them as feed, they are also perfectly suitable as bedding material for animals. The shells make soft and absorbent bedding for animals such as rabbits, chickens and horses.
Due to its natural decomposing nature, the shells can also be used as compost or soil amendment for example mushroom farming.
