Lion’s mane mushrooms (Hericium erinaceus) are carefully selected when the fruiting bodies are fully grown and mature. They are often sourced from either wild habitats or cultivated farms. Only high-quality, intact mushrooms are chosen to ensure consistency in the final powder.

The harvested mushrooms are gently cleaned to remove dirt, debris, and any foreign material. Once fully dried, the mushrooms are milled into a fine powder.

Lion’s mane powder is characterized by its mild, slightly savory flavor and neutral aroma, making it easy to incorporate into both sweet and savory preparations. The fine texture allows for even blending and consistent results when used as an ingredient in beverages or recipes.
