COCONUT FLOUR
We offer organic coconut flour sourced from Sri Lanka. Coconut flour is made by finely grating or grounding coconut meat. The meat is dried and degreased and then finely ground to a powder. This naturally gluten-free flour has a consistency comparable to wheat flour. The finely ground coconut flour is also a good source of protein. It has the same amount of protein as wheat flour, but it does not contain gluten. This makes it a good substitute for wheat.
