Wheatgrass is a powerful antioxidant: 70% chlorophyll, vitamins A, B, C and E. It contains amino acids and alkalizing minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and sodium and beneficial enzymes. Up to 30 % protein content. Our wheatgrass powder contains around 20% of protein.
Use 1-2 teaspoons wheatgrass powder and mix the powder with fruit juice or smoothie. You can also mix wheatgrass powder with water in a small glass to make a fresh green shot.
